In stock items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours.
For example, an item that's processed in 2 business days and shipped using Standard shipping will arrive in 7-10 business days (US only). There are no deliveries on Saturdays.
We do offer combined shipping fees for up to 5 items.
Tracking is available for all orders. You will receive an email which will provide you with your UPS or USPS tracking information.

Your satisfaction is our main priority and will strive for that. We offer a full satisfaction guaranteed policy on all items with NO RESTOCKING FEES.
1) Management must authorize all returns. Contact us for an authorization number before shipping back any merchandise and an address will be provided .
2) Returns are permitted within 15 days from the date of received (we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk). All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition, without signs of wear and tear, or alterations. Returns on damaged or scratched merchandise will not be accepted.
3) All returns must be authorized. Contact us for an authorization number and instructions prior to shipping any goods back. With your return, enclose the original receipt or a copy of it. Also include a brief letter of explanation of why the merchandise is being returned or exchanged and state your request for either a refund or an exchange. Include the authorization number on the letter.
4) If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, immediately contact us. Keep all shipping cartons; and contact our customer service department immediately.
5) We are not responsible for the shipping fees incurred for returns/exchanges.
